Mr. Reza is the CEO and founder of Prima Tax Firm. He previously owned 3 CPA firms in Dallas, Texas. He also founded Corporate CFO, LLC. Zahid Reza, CPA worked as a tax professional at several large to medium size CPA firms including Coopers & Lybrand and KBA Group, LLP. Zahid Reza, CPA has worked as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Controller for a number of companies in Dallas, Texas. He brings a depth of experience from these CPA firms and corporations including start-ups to established service, retail, and manufacturing companies. His experience includes tax compliance, tax minimization strategies, IRS representation, expatriate tax provisions, business startups, business expansion planning, corporate accounting, bookkeeping, payroll management, financial statements preparation, financial modeling, and board presentation. Industries include information technology, health care, pharmaceuticals, retail, wholesale, real estate, nonprofit, international businesses, and high net-worth self-employed individuals. His esteemed reputation is the direct result of the client satisfaction he provides with his professionalism, attention to detail, remarkable accounting and tax expertise, and strong work ethic.
